Overview
This is the redesign of the Openprovider website. A leading wholesaler in the domain business and a partner company of Procys, Openprovider offers an extensive range of products and services.
The main motivation for the redesign was to lift user engagement and simplify the interface, making the site more accessible and efficient for everyone.

Analysing engagement with Hotjar
Hotjar’s tap, click and scroll maps showed that 75% of visitors never scrolled through the site, pointing to a weak first impression. Many people also didn’t engage with the calls to action.
That insight led us to redesign the hero section to be more intuitive and engaging.

Audit and roadmap
Next, we audited the entire website to find the areas that needed improvement and to prioritise changes. From that assessment I developed a strategic plan: a roadmap to streamline the redesign and focus effort on the most critical improvements.

Rebranding
The rebrand aimed to create a cohesive visual identity across the website and social media, with every graphic element reflecting a professional tone.
We carefully chose typefaces and a colour palette to match, so the brand feels unified, professional and reliable wherever people meet it.
